It is finally there: The programme of Deaf in the Picture 2011!
If you navigate to ‘programma’ it is viewable. Keep a close eye on the site, the programme-booklet is to be looked at here either today or tomorrow.
Attention: because quite some short films are clustered in one ‘block’, the films in the programme that have the same time and screening room are clustered.
For the english programme, use the ‘dutch’ version, the excerpts are written in english and dutch.
The movies ‘The Deaf Man’ directed by DJ Kurs and ‘Hands Solo’ & ‘My Song’ by William Mager are selected for the upcoming festival.
The quality of these films, which are made by deafs is getting much better!
We are very much impressed by these movies!
If you have made a good movie, you can submit it for the festival.

Deaf in the Picture is taking place in Bioscoop Het Ketelhuis in Amsterdam from June the 23rd untill the 26th.
We are still busy programming, but please do keep these dates in mind and check the site!
